The location was awesome, right on the beach! The staff were really nice and helpful. The cleaning staff kept the place super clean.
The heating system is with air conditioning SO the winter weather at christmas time was not the best, very NOISY and need to use it all night!

I really appreciated the AMAZING location. It was right on the beach. i found parking for my motorcycle SO easily. there were countless restaurants nearby. the lounge deck patio was lovely.
The sound insulation between rooms was not great. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The location is fantastic. It's close to the beach and restaurants! Miguel was particularly helpful at the reception. The rooftop pool and eating area offered lovely sea views. I enjoyed sunny days there.
It was hard to get around with luggage. Sometimes, I waited for several minutes.

The rooftop sunbathing area is sunny. I visited the rooftop dining area with panoramic sea views. It was lovely. Shower facilities are available for late flights. This was quite useful after a day at the beach.

I loved the location, it was super convenient! the staff were also really friendly and helpful. plus, the access to a pool added so much fun to my trip. The cleanliness was excellent. it.
The broken air conditioning unit was a real pain, i could hear it banging away all night! i literally got zero sleep.

I stayed for several days. The apartment included a well-equipped kitchenette with everything needed for simple meal preparation. I appreciated the washing machine access on level 6 (it was easy to wash beach items). The harris hawk cleared seagulls from the pool area each morning.

the location was great, it was right on the beach. the breakfast buffet had amazing views. the room had daily housekeeping and the wifi signal was excellent.
the building next door was being demolished so it was noisy during the day. i heard a lot through the paper-thin walls between rooms.

I visit here every year and the quality remains good. The hotel is cleaned very well and the staff are always efficient. I really enjoyed eating breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast is served until mid morning and is always fresh with great choice.
Waiting took a long time, especially during peak hours. This can be annoying, though understandable given the hotel's popularity.

Check-in agent give a very warm welcome, which makes your stay easygoing. Staff members helps a lot in getting taxis when needed. I found the desk staff really very helpful.
